The Monteblanco farm is located in the Acevedo municipality, under the jurisdiction of San Adolfo, in the village of La Tocora, near the Cueva de los Guacharos National Park. The average temperature in this area ranges from 16 to 22 degrees Celsius. The territory receives good sunlight - 1700 hours annually, and humidity due to the proximity of the Suaz River. The soils are primarily of volcanic origin, and rich in nitrogen. The farm is often covered by white clouds descending from the peaks, hence its name.

Monteblanco is a family-owned estate managed by Rodrigo Sánchez Valencia, continuing the tradition established by his grandfather. On a surface of 14 hectares, he cultivates varieties such as Geisha, Bourbon Pink, Pacamara, Caturra Purple, and Caturra Red. Additionally, a part of the farm is dedicated to drying and washing coffee. There is a cooling chamber ensuring a stable temperature of 10 to 14 degrees Celsius for proper cold fermentation.

In addition to Monteblanco, Rodrigo owns two other farms: La Loma and El Progreso, managed under the company Aromas del Sur. In 2017, Rodrigo and his team built a cupping laboratory at La Loma to ensure sample roasting and evaluation of harvests. In 2017 and 2018, coffee from Monteblanco secured first and second place in the Yara Champion Programme, and in 2019, it won the Roasters United competition.
